This is the official online payment website for Quest Technology Management. By utilizing this payment website, you certify that the information you provided is complete, true, and is submitted for the purpose of making a payment. The submission of the payment indicates your agreement to all terms and you acknowledge that the origination of ACH transactions to your account(s) must comply with the provisions of United States law.

You also agree that you are an authorized user/owner of the account from which the payment is being made. For purposes of this disclosure, Quest Media and Supplies Inc (Quest) business days for payment processing are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Bank holidays. For purposes of this disclosure, unless otherwise stated, all payments must be submitted before 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time for same day posting. All payments made after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the next business day. If you have insufficient funds Quest will reverse the credit to your Account.

If you have submitted a payment and need to void it, you must contact Quest at (916) 338-7070 prior to 5:00 p.m. Please note that any email confirmation you may receive from Quest only constitutes your transaction was received. It does not guarantee your payment has been applied to your Account until you see that it has been posted to your Account statement.

In the event that the receiving financial institution returns the transaction back to Quest, Quest will reverse the payment and you could be subject to late fees and/or overdraft fees at your financial institution.
